The “Sweat Madness @RydeBarre” challenge 2015 is about using accountability and friendships – well, maybe peer pressure – to help boost your motivation. This isn’t about losing weight or feeling good in a swimsuit. We think – and really want you to think too – you are already awesome.
It IS about keeping your eyes on the ultimate prize…your health! Of course RydeBarre is going to throw in some extra prizes to sweeten the pot a little!
